Wisdom grows from trauma
Dec 01, 2024In this blog we conclude our exploration of the gifts you made out of your trauma.
Soul Warrior: Someone who has transformed their trauma into powerful qualities making themselves, others and the world a better place.
The Quality of Wisdom
“By three methods we may learn wisdom: First, by reflection, which is noblest; Second, by imitation, which is easiest; and third by experience, which is the bitterest.”
Confucius
Wisdom comes from experience. The greater the intensity of the experience, the greater the getting of wisdom.
Trauma-level stress is as intense as life experience can be. Our soul wants to learn and evolve, which is one of the spiritual reasons we take on such challenges when we incarnate.
When we take on a particularly difficult incarnation, we are going through the accelerated life program, the crash course! Even though our residual wounding may never be fully resolved, the wisdom develops regardless.
Wisdom is not theory, it is knowing. Because of what you have been through, you now know so much more about life, emotions, the range of energies available on this polarised planet.
By the way, do you realise this gift of trauma is yours forever, now part of your soul nature?
Exercise
- Do you recognise your wisdom?
- Beneath any unresolved wounding and trauma symptoms, can you see and appreciate your insight and understanding?
- How do you notice your wisdom showing up in your life?
Acknowledge your warrior wisdom, claim it, be proud of it and know that you can use it with love whenever you need.
“Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom.”
