A shift in consciousness

The Shift

Much has been shared about this time we are currently experiencing. Upheaval, confusion and an escalation of conflict were always predicted. Both ancient and modern sources have described this transition period as earth shifts from supporting the old consciousness to the new.

Alarming predictions describe cataclysm, apocalypse and terrifying end times. For those stuck in fear, even current world events can look that way. Build your bunker, hoard food, arm yourself.

Yet our task right now is to notice the challenging disruptions without getting caught up in the doomsday narrative. To reach for higher feelings and interpretations, finding inspiration and solace as we run through the gauntlet of chaos.

In brief, our planet is unleveling energetically. As she ascends, lower vibrational states such as hate, war and separation between people, are amplified before they are released for good. Nature is shaking, burning and washing away the negativity she has endured for so long.

The darkest hour is just before the dawn. Things are getting worse before the timeline split occurs. This is all a cleansing process.

The positive perspective is that the light is amplifying also. Source has never been closer; it has never been easier to raise our awareness and touch spirit. On the other side of the shift, we will share a much higher baseline of loving consciousness. The new earth will be marvellous.

Preparation

It is wise to be as fit and healthy as possible right now. Strength in body and positivity in mind helps us to handle the higher energies now bombarding the planet. It is a lot for us to integrate.

So look for the light beyond the current darkness on the earth, understand this is an unprecedented event but one in which, on soul level, we all chose to participate.
